Steps
Cut the two large chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
Add the diced chicken to the melted butter and sauté until cooked through.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, onion powder, and Kinder's Cowboy Butter seasoning. Use the Cowboy Butter seasoning generously, as it is described as the main flavoring ingredient.
Add the tomato paste and stir it thoroughly so the chicken is evenly coated.
Add the minced garlic and let it simmer with the chicken for a couple of minutes.
Add the cream cheese and mix until it has melted into the chicken mixture.
Pour in the heavy cream, then add the Parmesan cheese.
Turn the heat down and cook for about 5 minutes, allowing the ingredients to melt together. Continue cooking for approximately 5–10 minutes total, until the sauce is creamy and well combined.
Add the cooked bow-tie pasta to the creamy chicken sauce.
Toss until the pasta is completely coated in the sauce, then serve.
Notes
The source does not specify exact amounts for the Cowboy Butter seasoning, onion powder, salt, pepper, or garlic; add each to taste. It also does not state the pasta box weight, so a typical 16-ounce box was used for nutrition and gram estimates. The transcript describes the sauce as taking about 5–10 minutes to become creamy.
