Ingredients
- 3 cup seedless green grapes (washed)
- fresh mint (to taste)
- 0.5 cup sugar
- 2 cup water
- 5 lime juice (juice of 5 limes)
Steps
- 1
In a large bowl, place the green grapes along with the sugar and a few fresh mint leaves.
- 2
Macerate the fruit with the sugar and mint by pressing lightly; let it rest for a few minutes until you notice the most intense flavor being extracted from the fruit.
- 3
Transfer the macerated grape mixture to a blender and add the 2 cups of water.
- 4
Blend thoroughly until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- 5
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove the grape skins and mint leaf remains.
- 6
Add the juice of the 5 limes to the pitcher and mix well.
- 7
Serve in glasses with ice and enjoy immediately.
Notes
For a more intense flavor, you can let the grapes macerate with the sugar for a longer time in the refrigerator. Serve with plenty of ice for a more refreshing experience.
