Ingredients
Steps
Open a 2-liter bottle of Sprite.
Insert 5 black tea bags directly into the bottle of Sprite.
Recap the bottle and place it in the refrigerator to chill and infuse for approximately 1 hour.
Remove the bottle from the fridge once the liquid has taken on a deep tea color.
Add lemon slices to a glass.
Fill the glass with ice (optional) and pour the infused Sprite tea over the lemon.
Notes
The creator recommends Lipton Yellow Label tea bags, but notes any black tea will work. The infusion time is relatively short (1 hour) because the carbonation helps extract the tea flavor quickly.
