  • 0.5 cup Natural yogurt (Plain yogurt for the sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice (Freshly squeezed)
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika (For the sauce)
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper (Diced)

  5. 5

Assemble the bowl by placing the seasoned rice at the base.

  6. 6

Add the sautéed shrimp, diced bell peppers, red onion, corn, and avocado on top of the rice.

  7. 7

Drizzle the prepared yogurt sauce over the bowl and serve.

Notes

You can use any color of bell pepper for the salad. The dried herbs can be a mix of oregano, thyme, or a pre-made dried vegetable seasoning mix.
