Steps
Cook the Buldak noodles for about half of the recommended cooking time. Drain them and set aside.
Set a pan over low heat. Add the Baby Swiss cheese, American cheese, ketchup, mayonnaise, chili oil, Buldak sauce packet, Buldak seasoning packet, and chopped green onions.
Stir over low heat until the cheeses melt and the mixture is smooth.
Pour in the heavy cream and mix until creamy and well combined.
Add the partially cooked noodles and toss to coat them in the sauce.
Let the noodles finish cooking in the sauce for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender and creamy.
Top with the cooked dumplings and scored sausages.
Finish with extra green onions, a drizzle of chili oil, and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
Notes
The source does not specify the ramen pack size, dumpling type or size, sausage variety, or garnish amounts; ingredient weights and nutrition for those items are approximate. The cream amount is given as a range (¾–1 cup).
