Ingredients

  • 12 oz peanut butter candy melts (Sweet Tooth Fairy brand recommended; divided use)
  • 0.5 cup strawberry marshmallow fluff (plain fluff can be substituted)
  • 0.25 cup strawberry preserves (or raspberry preserves; or a mix of both)
  • 12 graham crackers (6 for the base, 6 for the top)
  • 6 fresh raspberries (for garnish; can also use grapes)

Steps

  1. 1

Melt the peanut butter candy melts according to package instructions until smooth.

  2. 2

Using a silicone s'mores mold (such as Sprinkle Pop), coat the bottom and sides of each cavity with a layer of the melted peanut butter chocolate.

  3. 3

Place one graham cracker into each cavity on top of the chocolate layer.

  4. 4

Add a layer of strawberry marshmallow fluff over the graham cracker.

  5. 5

Add a layer of strawberry or raspberry preserves over the fluff. Be careful not to overfill the mold, or the filling will seep over the sides.

  6. 6

Place a second graham cracker on top of the preserves.

  7. 7

Pour more melted peanut butter chocolate over the top graham cracker to seal the mold completely.

  8. 8

Place the mold in the refrigerator and let the s'mores sit for about one hour to fully set.

  9. 9

Once set, remove the s'mores from the mold. Drizzle additional melted peanut butter chocolate over the top for decoration.

  10. 10

Top each s'more with a fresh raspberry or grape while the drizzle is still wet.

  11. 11

Allow the s'mores to reach room temperature before slicing for the easiest and cleanest cut.

Notes

The author mentions using a specific mold from Sprinkle Pop or Amazon to achieve the structured shape. For the preserves, strawberry, raspberry, or grape are all suggested options.
