Ingredients
- 100 g Egg whites
- 60 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 30 g Unsweetened almond milk
- 50 g Flavored oat flour (Rocher or brownie flavor; already sweetened, so the author does not add any sweetener.)
- 10 g Chocolate whey isolate (Zero isolate; the author indicates approximately 91 g of protein per 100 g.)
- 15 g Light butter (Alternatively, use 5 g extra-virgin olive oil.)
- 3 g Baking powder (Baking powder.)
- 2 g Cinnamon (The quantity is indicated in the description; in the video, it is added to taste.)
- Salt (A pinch.)
- 20 g White chocolate peanut butter (For the topping.)
- 50 g Blueberries (For the topping.)
- Zero chocolate and caramel sauce (Quantity not specified; for the topping.)
Steps
- 1
Place the light butter in a bowl. Alternatively, use 5 g of extra-virgin olive oil.
- 2
Add the egg whites, 0% Greek yogurt, unsweetened almond milk, salt, cinnamon, and baking powder.
- 3
Add the flavored oat flour and chocolate whey isolate. Do not add any sweetener, as the flour is already sweetened.
- 4
Mix everything with a hand whisk until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
- 5
Heat a pan. Pour the batter into the hot pan; there is no need to grease it further.
- 6
Cook over very low heat with the lid on. Wait patiently until the surface becomes more liquid and the pancake begins to release from the edges almost by itself.
- 7
Remove the lid and use a silicone spatula to check that the pancake has released well from the edges.
- 8
Flip the pancake with the spatula.
- 9
Cook for a few more minutes, this time increasing the heat, until fully cooked.
- 10
Transfer the panmike to a plate and finish with the white chocolate peanut butter, blueberries, and zero chocolate and caramel sauce.
