Ingredients
- 5 g Biscoff spread (For the oat base)
- 20 g Porridge oats
- 20 ml Water (For the oat base)
- 90 g 0% Greek yogurt
- 10 g Speculoos protein powder (The creator used Real Whey by Prozis)
- 5 g Biscoff spread (For the topping sauce)
- 5 g Vanilla protein powder (For the topping sauce)
- 10 ml Water (For the topping sauce)
- Biscoff biscuit (A little, crushed, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
Add 5 g Biscoff spread, 20 g porridge oats, and 20 ml water to a small bowl. Stir until the oats are evenly coated and the mixture forms a soft, cohesive base.
- 2
Press the oat mixture into the bottom of a serving glass, bowl, or small dessert dish to create an even layer. Set it aside while preparing the yogurt layer.
- 3
In a separate bowl, mix 90 g 0% Greek yogurt with 10 g Speculoos protein powder until smooth and evenly combined, with no visible dry powder.
- 4
Spoon the yogurt mixture over the oat base and spread it into an even layer.
- 5
In a small bowl, mix 5 g Biscoff spread, 5 g vanilla protein powder, and 10 ml water until smooth. Add the water gradually if needed to make a pourable sauce.
- 6
Layer the Biscoff protein sauce over the yogurt layer, spreading it gently across the surface.
- 7
Crush a little Biscoff biscuit over the top as garnish, then serve and enjoy immediately.
