Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese (full fat or low fat)
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar (can substitute with honey)
  • 2 tbsp nut butter (almond or peanut butter work well)
  • 0.25 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • salt (a pinch)
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
