Ingredients
Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 385 g before cooking, which is about 385 g per serving.
Steps
Prepare all the ingredients. Slice or cut the banana into pieces, and have the Greek yogurt ready in a serving bowl.
Heat a small skillet over medium-low heat. Add the honey and sprinkle in a generous amount of cinnamon. Let the honey heat for a few seconds without allowing it to burn.
Add the banana to the skillet and stir gently to coat it with the honey and cinnamon. Sauté for about 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until tender, glossy, and slightly golden around the edges.
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl. Spread it out to form an even base.
Place the hot caramelized banana over the yogurt, along with any remaining honey and cinnamon from the skillet.
Scatter the mixed nuts and chocolate chips over the top. Serve immediately while the banana is warm and the chocolate is beginning to soften slightly.
