Ingredients
Steps
Chop the celery, onion, peppers, and garlic.
Cook the spaghetti until just under al dente. Reserve some of the pasta water for later.
In a pan, sear the chopped smoked andouille sausage until crispy. Remove it from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, brown the ground beef without draining off the grease.
Add the complete seasoning, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, white pepper, and Italian seasoning to the beef. Stir well.
Add the chopped celery, onion, and peppers. Let the vegetables cook for a bit.
Add the garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and tomato paste; stir to incorporate.
Add the diced tomatoes and cooked andouille sausage.
Add the flour and combine.
Pour in the beef broth and add the Lipton Beefy Onion Soup packet. Stir well.
Add the cooked spaghetti and combine. Continue until the sauce thickens and clings to the noodles; add some reserved pasta water if needed, as the source says it was saved for later but does not specify when or how much to use.
Plate the spaghetti and top with a little Parmesan cheese.
Notes
The post says the ingredients are in the comments and that a full recipe is on the creator's website, but neither is included here. The source gives no ingredient quantities, servings, or specific cooking times, and its wording about when garlic is added is unclear; those details cannot be determined from the provided material.
