Ingredients

  • Kroger beef shaved steak (1 package; amount not specified)
  • 1 lb Penne pasta (Cooked al dente and drained)
  • 1 Green bell pepper (Sliced)
  • 1 Medium onion (Sliced)
  • Minced garlic (To taste)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1.5 cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup Shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce (To taste)
  • Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning (To taste; used during beef and vegetable cooking and again in the cream sauce)
  • Garlic salt (To taste)
  • Black pepper (To taste)
  • Garlic powder (To taste)
  • Onion powder (To taste)

Steps

  1. 1

Add the beef shaved steak to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Begin cooking, breaking the steak apart as needed.

  2. 2

Add the sliced onion and green bell pepper to the skillet.

  3. 3

Season the beef and vegetables with Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning, garlic salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  4. 4

Add Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking until the beef is cooked through and the onions and peppers are tender.

  5. 5

Once the vegetables have softened, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30–60 seconds, stirring.

  6. 6

Add the butter and let it melt into the beef and vegetables.

  7. 7

Pour in the heavy whipping cream. Season the sauce with another shake of Kinder’s Buttery Garlic & Herb seasoning.

  8. 8

Add the cooked al dente penne pasta and stir it into the beef, vegetables, and cream sauce.

  9. 9

Add the Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring and cooking until the sauce is creamy and the pasta is fully cooked and tender.

  10. 10

Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until it has completely melted and the pasta is creamy and well combined.

  11. 11

    Serve hot.
