Ingredients
- 20 g oat flour
- 20 g protein powder
- 10 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 20 g sweetener of choice (Use the sweetener of your choice; nutritional values vary by product.)
- 1 egg
- 80 g yogurt
- salt (A pinch)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 35 ml milk (Use 30–40 ml, adding enough to make a thick, mixable batter.)
- chocolate (Optional topping; amount to taste.)
- ice cream (Optional topping; add to taste after baking.)
Steps
- 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease a small oven-safe skillet if needed.
- 2
Add the oat flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, sweetener, egg, yogurt, pinch of salt, and baking powder to a bowl or directly to the skillet.
- 3
Pour in 30–40 ml milk and mix until the ingredients form a smooth, thick brownie-like batter with no dry pockets.
- 4
Bake the skillet at 180°C (350°F) for 20–30 minutes, until the surface is set and the center remains slightly soft for a fudgy texture. Bake toward the shorter end for a softer cookie skillet and longer for a firmer one.
- 5
Remove the skillet carefully from the oven. Add optional chocolate and ice cream, then serve warm.
