- 500 g 5% lean pork mince
- 240 g cooked & cooled rice
- 200 g peas (frozen recommended)
- 1 onion (medium, diced)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2.5 tbsp soy sauce (2-3 tbsp)
- 1.5 tbsp sriracha sauce (1-2 tbsp)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- spring onion greens (for garnish)

Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic cloves.
