Homemade Irish Cream (Baileys Style)

Ingredients
- 200 ml coffee (brewed, good quality preferred)
- 200 ml whiskey
- 150 ml whole milk
- 150 ml heavy cream
- 350 g condensed milk
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened; you can use 1/2 to 1 tbsp)
- vanilla extract (a splash to taste)

Brew 200 ml of good quality coffee and let it cool slightly before using.

In a blender, add the brewed coffee, 200 ml of whiskey, and 350 g of condensed milk.

Incorporate 150 ml of whole milk and 150 ml of heavy cream.

Add a splash of vanilla extract and the tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder.

Blend all ingredients until the mixture is completely integrated and smooth.

Serve immediately over ice or store in a clean bottle in the refrigerator.
Notes
For better preservation, always keep refrigerated. Some users suggest adding a cinnamon stick or chocolate syrup to the glass when serving.
