Ingredients
- 16 oz 2% cottage cheese (blended; Daisy brand recommended)
- 1 cup boneless skinless chicken breast (shredded)
- 1 can Del Monte street corn (drained)
- 0.25 cup cilantro (chopped)
- 1 jalapeno (chopped)
- 2 tbsp crema
- 3 tbsp Chipotle Tabasco
- 2 tbsp Tajin
- 0.33 cup queso Fresco cheese
- 1 lime juice (juice of 1 lime)

Place the 16oz tub of 2% cottage cheese into a blender and process until completely smooth.

Transfer the blended cottage cheese into a large mixing bowl.

Add 1 cup of shredded chicken breast, 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, and 1 chopped jalapeno to the bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients: 1 drained can of street corn, 2 tbsp crema, 3 tbsp Chipotle Tabasco, 2 tbsp Tajin, 1/3 cup queso fresco, and the juice of 1 lime.

Mix all ingredients together super well until thoroughly combined.

Place the dip in the fridge for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to marinate.
