Ingredients
- 200 g ladyfingers (finely crumbled)
- 200 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 70 g powdered sugar (for the dough)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for the dough)
- 2 tsp instant coffee (instant coffee powder)
- 2 tbsp boiling water (to dissolve coffee)
- 125 g mascarpone (for the cream)
- 40 g powdered sugar (for the cream)
- 100 g whipped cream (pre-whipped)

Dissolve 2 teaspoons of instant coffee in 2 tablespoons of boiling water and set aside to cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine 200g cream cheese, 70g powdered sugar, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and the prepared coffee. Mix thoroughly until smooth.

Finely crumble 200g of ladyfingers until they reach a sandy texture.

Add the crumbled ladyfingers to the cream cheese mixture.

Mix everything together well until a cohesive dough forms.

Roll the dough into small, uniform balls.

Roll each ball through cocoa powder until they are completely and evenly coated.

Place the finished balls in the refrigerator to chill and firm up for at least one hour.

Prepare the mascarpone cream by mixing 125g mascarpone with 40g powdered sugar until smooth.

Gently fold in 100g of whipped cream until well combined.

Place the mascarpone cream in the refrigerator to chill.

To serve, plate the tiramisu balls alongside the mascarpone cream and finish with a light dusting of cocoa powder over the cream.
Notes
Ensure the ladyfingers are crushed very finely for the best texture. The coffee provides the essential tiramisu flavor, so don't skip it!
