Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 1.99 kg before cooking, which is about 285 g per serving.

Steps

  1. Prepare the crab Rangoon mix by combining the imitation crab meat, cream cheese, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and deseeded jalapeño. Season with salt, paprika, and onion powder to taste.

  2. Cook the protein pasta according to the package directions, then set it aside for combining with the cheese mixture.

  3. Melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Season with salt, paprika, and onion powder to taste.

  4. Blend the cottage cheese if desired, as recommended by the creator, then combine it with the Greek yogurt, milk, Havarti, mozzarella, and pepper jack to make the creamy cheese mixture.

  5. Combine the cooked pasta, cheese mixture, and crab Rangoon mix in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.

  6. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and panko bread crumbs over the top.

  7. Bake uncovered at 400°F (200 °C) (200°C (400 °F)) for 30 minutes.

  8. Cool for 5–7 minutes before serving.

Notes

The creator estimates approximately 6–7 servings at 750–800 calories and 50–60 g protein per serving when made in a 9-by-13-inch dish. Ingredient substitutions are encouraged, including cheeses, jalapeño, and pasta. The source does not specify the protein pasta box size, exact seasoning amounts, or whether the pasta should be drained and cooled before assembly.
