Ingredients

  • Butter (or cooking spray, for greasing the dish)
  • 2 oz refrigerated lobster ravioli (store bought)
  • 1 oz lobster bisque (store bought container)
  • 0.5 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

  2. 2

Grease an 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or spray with cooking spray.

  3. 3

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  4. 4

Cook the lobster ravioli 1 minute shy of the package cooking time. Drain gently.

  5. 5

Spoon a few scoops of lobster bisque onto the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.

  6. 6

Arrange the cooked ravioli in the dish.

  7. 7

Pour remaining lobster bisque over the top, gently nudging the soup in between the ravioli so everything is coated.

  8. 8

Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  9. 9

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  10. 10

Remove foil and bake until bubbly and lightly golden on top, 10 to 15 minutes more.

  11. 11

    Garnish with chopped parsley.

  12. 12

    Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Using store-bought lobster bisque acts as a shortcut for a rich, flavorful sauce without the effort of making it from scratch.
