Ingredients
- 2 tbsp 100% peanut butter (natural, no added sugar)
- 3 tbsp applesauce (no added sugar)
- 1 tbsp agave syrup (can be replaced with honey)
- 3 tbsp flour (large tablespoons; flour of choice)
- 0.5 sachet baking powder (about 5-6g)
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- 2
In a bowl, mix 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 3 tbsp of unsweetened applesauce, and 1 tbsp of agave syrup (or honey).
- 3
Add 3 large tbsp of flour and half a sachet of baking powder to the mixture.
- 4
Stir in 100g of dark chocolate chips and mix until a homogeneous dough is formed.
- 5
Shape the mini cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can use a piping bag for more precision or simply a small spoon.
- 6
Bake for 5 to 6 minutes at 180°C. Be careful not to exceed this baking time to prevent them from becoming too dry.
Notes
These cookies are rich in protein and healthy fats. For a complete breakfast, serve them with a glass of milk and fresh fruit. If the dough is too sticky, you can add a little extra flour.
