Ingredients
- 1.5 lb chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 oz taco seasoning (1 packet)
- 1 cup salsa (your favorite variety)
- 1 cup white rice (uncooked)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 0.5 cup shredded cheese (for topping)
- fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
