Ingredients
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 1 Peach (Cut into small pieces; approximately 150 g edible fruit.)
- 40 g Dark chocolate (Melted, for coating the frozen bites.)
Steps
- 1
Wash the peach, remove the pit, and cut the fruit into small bite-size pieces.
- 2
Arrange the peach pieces in the compartments of an ice-cube tray or small silicone molds, distributing them evenly.
- 3
Spoon the Greek yogurt over the peach pieces until the molds are covered and filled. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 2–3 hours, until the yogurt bites are firm.
- 4
Melt the dark chocolate gently, using a microwave in short intervals or a heatproof bowl over barely simmering water. Stir until smooth, taking care not to scorch it.
- 5
Remove the frozen yogurt-and-peach cubes from the molds and coat or drizzle each one with the melted dark chocolate.
- 6
Return the coated bites to the freezer for a few minutes, just until the chocolate hardens and forms a crisp shell. Serve cold.
Notes
Store the finished bites in an airtight freezer-safe container. The source specifies freezing the yogurt bites for at least 2–3 hours and returning them to the freezer for a few minutes after coating with chocolate.
