Ingredients
- 100 g Egg whites
- 30 g Oat flour
- Hydrolithin (About 1 tsp; for leavening. Alternatively, use baking powder.)
- Water (A few drops, to activate the Hydrolithin.)
- 100 g Vanilla protein pudding (For serving; the specific product is not indicated.)
Steps
- 1
In a bowl, mix the egg whites with the oat flour until smooth.
- 2
Add about 1 tsp of Hydrolithin to the batter and pour a few drops of water over it to activate it. The creator says that baking powder can also be used, but prefers Hydrolithin for pancakes.
- 3
Pour the batter into a lightly heated nonstick pan. Cook over low heat with the lid on until the pancake is cooked through and golden on both sides.
- 4
Serve the pancake with 100 g of vanilla protein pudding.
Notes
The nutritional values mentioned in the post also include the 100 g of pudding, but they are not provided. The type of product and its nutrition label are not specified; therefore, the nutritional values indicated here for the pudding are an estimate. The exact cooking time is not provided.
