Ingredients

  • 1 packet Maggi instant noodle cake (Crush into small pieces before opening; approximately 70 g packet)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (For frying the crushed Maggi)
  • 1 tbsp Chilli oil paste (May be replaced with chilli sauce)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 sachet Maggi masala powder (Use the seasoning sachet included with the noodle packet; approximately 5 g)
  • Salt (Add only if needed, since the noodles, sauces, and snacks are already salty)
  • 0.5 Onion (Finely chopped)
  • 1 Tomato (Finely chopped)
  • 0.5 cup Lays potato chips (Broken into bite-size pieces; amount estimated because the source gives no quantity)
  • 0.5 cup Kurkure snack (Broken into bite-size pieces; amount estimated because the source gives no quantity)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh coriander (Chopped, for finishing)

Steps

  1. 1

Crush the unopened Maggi noodle cake into small pieces. Open the packet and set aside the crushed noodles and the included masala sachet.

  2. 2

Place a frying pan over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon butter. Allow the butter to melt without letting it burn.

  3. 3

Add the crushed Maggi noodles to the melted butter. Fry, stirring frequently, until the pieces are evenly golden brown and crisp, about 3–4 minutes.

  4. 4

In a mixing bowl, add the chilli oil paste or chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, and the Maggi masala powder. Stir to combine. Taste the mixture and add salt only if needed.

  5. 5

Add the chopped onion and chopped tomato to the sauce mixture. Toss until the vegetables are coated.

  6. 6

Add the fried, crispy Maggi pieces to the bowl. Mix gently so they are coated while retaining as much crunch as possible.

  7. 7

Add the Lays potato chips and Kurkure. Toss everything together just before serving so the snacks stay crisp.

  8. 8

Finish with chopped fresh coriander and serve immediately.

Notes

The original comment does not specify quantities for the sauces, vegetables, chips, Kurkure, or coriander; those amounts are practical estimates. Serve immediately, since the sauces and fresh vegetables will soften the fried noodles and snacks over time.
