Ingredients
- Ice cubes (Enough to fill the glass)
- 2 tbsp Blue syrup (Such as Blue Curaçao syrup or blue raspberry syrup for color and sweetness)
- Edible flowers (Small pink or purple blossoms for garnish)
- 1 cup Sparkling soda (Clear lemon-lime soda or sparkling water)
Steps
- 1
Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice cubes.
- 2
Pour the blue syrup over the ice, allowing it to settle at the bottom of the glass.
- 3
Carefully place edible flowers against the inside of the glass or nestled among the ice cubes for decoration.
- 4
Slowly pour the sparkling soda over the ice to maintain the layered blue gradient effect.
Notes
To achieve the best gradient, pour the soda very slowly over the back of a spoon. You can use sparkling water instead of soda for a less sweet version.
