Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 310 g before cooking, which is about 310 g per serving.
Steps
Slice the chicken breast into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
Season the chicken with smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, tossing until evenly coated.
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips to the pan and cook for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165°F (74 °C) (74°C (165 °F)).
Lay the flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or plate.
Layer the shredded romaine lettuce in the center of the tortilla.
Place the cooked chicken strips on top of the lettuce.
Drizzle the light Caesar dressing over the chicken and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
Optional: Briefly sear the wrap in the hot pan for 30 seconds per side to seal the edge and add extra crunch.
Notes
For a lower-carb version, use a high-fiber or keto-friendly tortilla. You can also add cherry tomatoes or cucumber for extra crunch.
