Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 235 g before cooking, which is about 235 g per serving.
Steps
In a small mixing bowl, combine the 2 oz of cream cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped crab meat, and 2 tbsp of diced green onions until well blended.
Lay out the 3 small low carb tortillas and spread the crab mixture evenly across each one.
Roll each tortilla tightly to form a taquito shape.
Brush the outside of each rolled taquito with the 2 tbsp of melted butter.
Place the taquitos in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200 °C) (200°C (400 °F)) for 6 to 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the taquitos from the air fryer and serve immediately with sugar-free sweet chili sauce.
Notes
Pro tip: For extra crispiness, you can pan fry these in oil instead of air frying. Ensure the tortillas are low-carb to keep the dish keto-friendly.
