Ingredients
Steps
In a shallow dish or flat container, mix the 2 eggs with the tablespoon of milk until well combined.
Dip the two rice paper sheets into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well coated on both sides.
Place the hydrated sheets on a surface previously moistened with a bit of water to prevent sticking.
Fold the sheets in half and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Place in the air fryer preheated to 190°C (375 °F).
Cook for approximately 5 minutes, or until the rice paper puffs up and is golden brown and crispy.
Remove from the air fryer, carefully open, and fill with the cream cheese, avocado, ham, tomato, and mixed greens.
Notes
It is important to dampen the work surface with water so the egg-coated rice paper doesn't tear while handling. You can vary the filling according to your preferences.
