Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 275 g before cooking, which is about 275 g per serving.
Steps
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Pour the coconut water into the glass over the ice.
Gently pour the espresso shots over the coconut water to create a layered effect.
In a separate small container, combine the heavy cream and pistachio syrup.
Froth the cream and syrup mixture using a handheld milk frother until it reaches a thick, foamy consistency.
Spoon or pour the pistachio foam over the top of the coffee.
Notes
For the pistachio foam, you can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less syrup. If you don't have pistachio syrup, you can blend a small amount of pistachio butter with milk or cream before frothing.
