Ingredients
- 1.5 lb Baby Potatoes (halved)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 4 tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 0.5 tsp Paprika
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Fresh Parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2
Wash the baby potatoes and cut them in half.
- 3
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano, and paprika.
- 4
Add the halved potatoes to the bowl and toss thoroughly until every potato is evenly coated in the parmesan mixture.
- 5
Season with salt and black pepper to taste and toss once more.
- 6
Place the potatoes cut-side down onto a large baking sheet. Pour any remaining cheese mixture from the bowl over the potatoes.
- 7
Roast in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the parmesan crust is deep golden brown and crispy.
- 8
Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For the crispiest results, ensure the potatoes are placed cut-side down on the baking sheet. This allows the parmesan to fry against the metal pan.
