Ingredients

  • 1 garlic (clove, minced)
  • 0.25 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1.5 tbsp freeze dried dill
  • 0.25 cup flat-leaf Italian parsley
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 cup dill pickle slices
  • 1 tbsp pickle brine
  • 0.75 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream

Steps

  1. 1

Combine the minced garlic, kosher salt, freeze-dried dill, Italian parsley, onion powder, dill pickle slices, pickle brine, mayonnaise, and sour cream in the jar of a blender.

  2. 2

Blend the mixture until completely smooth, which should take about 1 minute.

  3. 3

Serve immediately, or for best results, cover and refrigerate leftovers. Refrigerating overnight helps the flavor develop and thickens the dressing into a great dip.

Notes

Refrigerating overnight helps flavor develop and thickens the dressing for a great dip for veggies or chicken nuggets.
