Weights are estimates. Together, the ingredients weigh about 415 g before cooking, which is about 210 g per serving.
Steps
Place the two frozen bananas, two tablespoons of finely ground pistachios, one half cup of Greek yogurt, two tablespoons of honey, and a splash of vanilla into a high-speed blender.
Blend the mixture until it is completely smooth and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a container and freeze for one to two hours to achieve a firmer, gelato-like consistency.
Notes
For the best results, ensure your bananas are fully frozen before blending. You can adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey depending on the ripeness of the bananas.
