Ingredients

  • 240 g salmon fillets (cooked and flaked)
  • 70 g avocado (diced or mashed)
  • 80 g 0% fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 1 lemon juice (the juice of 1 lemon)
  • 100 g cucumber (finely diced)
  • salt (to taste)
  • black pepper (to taste)
  • hot sauce (optional, to taste)
  • fresh dill (optional, to taste)

Steps

    Place the cooked salmon, avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and diced cucumber in a medium bowl.

    Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add chopped fresh dill and a few drops of hot sauce.

Notes
