High-Protein Salmon Salad

Ingredients
- 240 g salmon fillets (cooked and flaked)
- 70 g avocado (diced or mashed)
- 80 g 0% fat Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
- 1 lemon juice (the juice of 1 lemon)
- 100 g cucumber (finely diced)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- hot sauce (optional, to taste)
- fresh dill (optional, to taste)

Place the cooked salmon, avocado, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and diced cucumber in a medium bowl.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, add chopped fresh dill and a few drops of hot sauce.

Mix all ingredients well until combined and the avocado and yogurt form a creamy base.

Notes
