Ingredients
Steps
Prepare the produce by peeling the pineapple, ginger, turmeric, lemons, and limes. Cut them into chunks small enough for your blender or juicer.
Place the pineapple, ginger, turmeric, lemons, and limes into a high-speed blender.
Add one cup of filtered water and a pinch of black pepper to the blender.
Blend on high until the mixture is completely liquefied and smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk bag into a large bowl or pitcher to remove the pulp.
Pour the strained liquid into individual glass shot jars for storage.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for up to 5-7 days. The black pepper is essential as it helps the body absorb the curcumin in the turmeric.
