Ingredients
- 0.25 White onion (finely chopped)
- 0.5 Habanero pepper (finely chopped; adjust to taste)
- 0.5 Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- Black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
- Celery salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (adjust to taste)
- 0.5 tsp Maggi seasoning (optional)
- 3 tbsp Ketchup (salsa katsu)
- 3 tbsp Orange soda (the secret ingredient)
- 0.5 lb Cooked shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 0.5 Avocado (diced)
- Cilantro or Parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Finely chop one quarter of a white onion and half of a habanero pepper.

In a deep bowl, combine the chopped onion and habanero pepper.

Squeeze the juice of half a lime into the bowl.
