Ingredients

  • Ice (enough to fill two glasses)
  • 8 oz Milk of choice (4 ounces per glass; plus an extra splash for the foam)
  • 1 Espresso (pulled as a lungo (diluted shot) to be split between two glasses)
  • 3 oz Heavy oat cream (for the cold foam)
  • 1 oz Orange syrup
  • Cinnamon (a dash or sprinkle)
  • Salt (a small pinch)

Steps

  1. 1

    Fill two glasses with ice.

  2. 2

Pour 4 ounces of your milk of choice into each glass.

  3. 3

Pull a lungo shot of espresso (a more diluted, longer shot) and split the liquid evenly between the two glasses.

  4. 4

In a shaker, combine 3 ounces of heavy oat cream, 1 ounce of orange syrup, a splash of milk, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a small pinch of salt.

  5. 5

Shake the mixture vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes until it becomes a thick cold foam.

  6. 6

Slowly pour the orange cold foam over the top of each drink to create a layered effect.

Notes

A lungo is an espresso shot pulled with more water than a standard shot, resulting in a larger volume of coffee that is slightly less intense but perfect for splitting between two lattes.
