Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lb russet potatoes (peeled and cubed)
  • 2 garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary (finely chopped)
  • 0.5 tsp dried thyme
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • fresh ground pepper (to taste)

Steps

    Line a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick aluminum foil.

    Place the baking sheet in the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
