Air Fryer Tuna Patties

- 2 canned tuna (drained)
- 1 onion (small, finely chopped)
- 1 tbsp red bell pepper (finely chopped)
- 5 garlic (cloves, minced)
- salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp breadcrumbs

Drain the canned tuna thoroughly to remove excess liquid.

In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, finely chopped onion, red bell pepper, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

Add the mayonnaise, egg, all-purpose flour, and breadcrumbs to the bowl.

Mix all ingredients together until well combined and the mixture holds its shape.

Form the mixture into round balls, then flatten them into patties using a spoon or spatula.

Air fry for 7 minutes, then flip the patties and air fry for an additional 7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
