Ingredients
- 1.333 cup heavy whipping cream (Use 1/3 cup for the melted chocolate portion and the remainder for whipping.)
- 0.333 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 4 oz milk or semisweet chocolate (Melt before dividing into two portions.)
- brownies (4–6 slices; use brownies from the referenced previous recipe or store-bought brownies.)
- cocoa powder (For dusting.)
Steps
- 1
Melt the chocolate, then divide it into two portions.
- 2
Add 1/3 cup of the heavy whipping cream to one portion of the melted chocolate. Mix well and set aside; this is the first mousse layer.

- 4
Divide the whipped cream mixture into two equal parts. Reserve one part as the second layer.
- 5
Fold the remaining whipped cream into the reserved portion of melted chocolate. This is the third layer.
- 6
Place brownie slices in the bottoms of serving bowls or mini dessert cups.
- 7
Add the three prepared mousse layers over the brownie layer.
- 8
Dust the desserts with cocoa powder.
- 9
Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours, then serve.
