Ingredients
- 750 g chicken breast (Cut into strips)
- 3 bell peppers (Red, green, and yellow; sliced)
- 1 onion (Medium, sliced; optional)
- 2.5 tbsp olive oil (Use 2½–3 tablespoons)
- 2 tsp pink salt
- 2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- shredded double cheddar (Or any cheese you like; amount not specified)
Steps
- 1
Add the chicken strips, sliced bell peppers, sliced onion if using, olive oil, pink salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, oregano, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to a baking tray. Mix thoroughly until everything is evenly coated.
- 2
Spread the coated chicken and vegetables across the baking tray in a single layer.
- 3
Broil at 450°F for 15 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
- 4
Alternatively, air-fry at 450°F for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- 5
Sprinkle shredded double cheddar, or another cheese of your choice, over the cooked chicken and vegetables.
- 6
Return the tray to the oven for 1–2 minutes, just until the cheese has melted.
- 7
Serve and enjoy.
Notes
The onion is optional. The source does not specify the amount of cheese. The method gives both broiling and air-frying options; use one method, not both.
