Whipped Honey Coffee

- 250 g honey
- 20 g instant coffee
- 50 ml hot water
- milk (for serving (hot or cold))

Place 250 g of honey in a medium bowl.

Whip the honey (preferably with an electric mixer) until its texture changes and it turns a light, opaque cream color.

Add the 20 g of instant coffee and 50 ml of hot water to the whipped honey.

Continue beating the mixture for approximately 5 minutes until it is thick, frothy, and well combined.

To serve, spoon a few tablespoons of the coffee and honey foam over a glass of cold milk or a cup of hot milk and stir gently.
Notes
This whipped honey base can be stored in the refrigerator. It is an excellent refined sugar-free alternative for making lattes at home.
