Ingredients
- 1 cup cold brew
- 1 tbsp lavender syrup (More to taste.)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (More to taste; honey may be substituted. The nutrition estimate uses the first-stated 1 teaspoon amount.)
- ice cubes (Use enough to serve the latte over ice.)
- 0.25 cup oat milk (More to taste; almond milk may be substituted.)
- fresh lavender leaves (Optional garnish.)
Steps
- 1
Add the cold brew, lavender syrup, and maple syrup to a glass or mixing vessel. Stir to combine.
- 2
Pour the mixture over ice cubes.
- 3
Pour the oat milk on top.
- 4
Garnish with fresh lavender leaves, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
Cold brew can be homemade. Honey may be used instead of maple syrup; because honey can take longer to mix completely into cold brew, blend the ingredients for about 1 minute before pouring over ice. The source recommends mixing the drink right before serving.
