  • 1 tsp Soy sauce (For Teriyaki Mayo)
  • 0.5 tsp Sesame oil (For Teriyaki Mayo)
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger (For Teriyaki Mayo)

Steps

  1. 1

For the Classic Burger Sauce, place the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, vinegar, and paprika in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  2. 2

Refrigerate the Classic Burger Sauce for 15–20 minutes before serving.

  3. 3

For the Spicy Sriracha Mayo, whisk the mayonnaise, Sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt together until evenly combined. Adjust the Sriracha to taste, then chill before serving.

  4. 4

For the Garlic Aioli, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly, then let the sauce rest for 15 minutes so the garlic flavor develops.

  5. 5

For the BBQ Ranch Sauce, stir the mayonnaise, BBQ sauce, ranch dressing, Worcestershire sauce, and smoked paprika together until smooth. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, then chill for 15–20 minutes.

  6. 6

For the Honey Mustard Sauce, whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, honey, and vinegar until smooth and creamy. Add a little extra honey if a sweeter sauce is desired.

  7. 7

For the Teriyaki Mayo, mix the mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger until completely smooth. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes before using.

  8. 8

Serve the sauces with burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, chicken tenders, or as dipping sauces.

Notes

Each sauce makes approximately ¾ cup, except the Honey Mustard Sauce, which makes approximately ½ cup. Chill times are specified individually in the source; the overall total time reflects the longest stated chill period. Serve refrigerated.
