Ingredients

  • 125 g Butter
  • 300 g Dark chocolate
  • 3 Large eggs (Size L)
  • 0.8 su bardağı Sugar (One finger below 1 cup; approximately 160 g)
  • Salt (A pinch)
  • 0.8 su bardağı Flour (One finger below 1 cup; approximately 100 g)
  • 2 yemek kaşığı Dutch-process cocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

Melt the butter. While the butter is hot, add the dark chocolate and melt it; set the mixture aside to cool.

  2. 2

Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the sugar and salt, and mix moderately—not too much or too little.

  3. 3

Add the cooled chocolate-butter mixture to the egg mixture and stir.

  4. 4

Add the flour and cocoa powder and mix a little more; once the ingredients are combined, stop without overbeating the batter.

  5. 5

Bake the brownie batter at 175°C using conventional top-and-bottom heat for 20–25 minutes. For the recommended texture, bake for 25 minutes; for a moister result, bake for approximately 22 minutes.

  6. 6

Let the brownie rest for approximately 1 hour after removing it from the oven. Serve once it has fully set.

Notes

The source does not specify the pan size to use. The resting time was incompletely written as “1- hour” in the text and has been interpreted as approximately 1 hour. The sugar and flour quantities have been approximated based on the phrase “one finger below 1 cup.”
