- Olive oil (For cooking the chicken)
- 1 lb Chicken breast (Cut into cubes)
- 0.5 tsp Salt (For seasoning the chicken)
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper (For seasoning the chicken)
- 1 tsp Paprika (For seasoning the chicken)
- 1 tsp Onion powder (For seasoning the chicken)
- 1 tsp Garlic powder (For seasoning the chicken)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (For seasoning the chicken)
- 1.5 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese (Used in layers inside the sliders)
- 15 oz Alfredo sauce (Drizzle over the chicken and warm the remainder for serving on the side)
- 6 pieces Bacon (Cooked and crumbled)
- 2 tbsp Butter (Melted for brushing over the rolls)
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder (For the garlic butter topping)
- 0.5 tsp Dried parsley (For the garlic butter topping)
Steps
- 1
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a small amount of olive oil, then add the cubed chicken breast.
- 2
Season the chicken with the salt, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir well so the seasoning coats the chicken.
- 3
Cook the chicken, stirring as needed, until it is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- 4
Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally in half, keeping the rolls together as a connected slab if possible.
- 5
Add a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese to the bottom halves of the rolls.
- 6
Top the cheese with the cooked chicken.
- 7
Drizzle Alfredo sauce over the chicken, then add more shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- 8
Sprinkle the crumbled cooked bacon over the cheese and place the tops of the rolls over the assembled sliders.
- 9
Melt the butter and mix it with the garlic powder and dried parsley.
- 10
Brush the garlic-parsley butter over the tops of the sliders.
- 11
Bake the sliders at 350°F (175°C) for 10–15 minutes, until warmed through and the cheese is melted.
- 12
Warm the remaining Alfredo sauce and serve it on the side for dipping.
Notes
The source does not specify how much Alfredo sauce is drizzled inside the sliders versus reserved for dipping. It also does not specify a baking dish or whether the rolls should be covered during baking.
