Ingredients
- 120 g Egg whites
- 70 g Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 50 g Stevia or erythritol (Use one of the two sweeteners.)
Steps
- 1
Whip the egg whites until they form a white, foamy mixture.
- 2
Add the chosen sweetener to the whipped egg whites and gently fold it in.
- 3
Add the cocoa and mix it in using bottom-to-top folding motions, so that it is incorporated without deflating the egg whites excessively.
- 4
Using two spoons, shape the mixture into treats.
- 5
Bake in the oven at 180 °C for 15 minutes.
Notes
The source presents them as treats rather than actual biscuits. The type of oven, cooking mode, and exact number of pieces are not specified; the yield depends on the size formed with the spoons.
