Notes
The dry blend makes 1 cup and is enough for approximately 16 servings. The source notes that passionflower can taste grassy and valerian root can taste bitter, while the chamomile and lavender provide floral flavor. Use appropriate caution with herbal ingredients, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or sensitive to sedative herbs.
