Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb sliced turkey (deli-sliced)
  • 4 Swiss cheese (slices)
  • 2 cup lettuce (hand shredded)
  • 3 tomatoes (thin sliced)
  • 0.25 onion (sliced)
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise (a bunch)
  • 5 pepperoncinis (to taste)
  • 2 large soft sandwich rolls

Steps

  1. 1

Place a large piece of parchment paper on your cutting board to catch the mess.

  2. 2

Layer the sliced turkey, Swiss cheese, shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, onions, and pepperoncinis on top of the parchment paper.

  3. 3

Add a generous amount of mayonnaise over the top of the ingredients.

  4. 4

Using a large knife or a bench scraper, literally chop everything together repeatedly until the ingredients are finely diced and thoroughly mixed into a cohesive mound.

  5. 5

Slice your large soft sandwich rolls open.

  6. 6

Pack the chopped mixture tightly into the rolls.

  7. 7

Slice the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
