- 1 tsp Salt (For the dough)
- 100 g Butter (For the dough)
- 150 g Wheat flour (For the dough)
- 5 Eggs (Medium-sized)
- 200 ml Sweetened condensed milk (For the cream)
- 200 g Butter (For the cream)
- Powdered sugar (For dusting, to taste)
- Chocolate (For drizzling, quantity unspecified)
Steps
- 1
In a heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the water, sugar, salt, and 100 g of butter.
- 2
Heat the mixture until the butter has completely melted.
- 3
Add the flour, reduce the heat, and cook the dough for 2 minutes.
- 4
Remove the dough from the heat and let it cool.
- 5
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing the dough well after each addition. The finished dough should flow from the spatula as shown in the video.

Transfer the dough to a piping bag. If you do not have one, use a tablespoon.

While the profiteroles are cooling, prepare the cream with 200 ml of sweetened condensed milk and 200 g of butter. You can also use any other cream of your choice.
- 10
Make small cuts in the profiteroles and fill them with the cream.
- 11
Before serving, dust the profiteroles with powdered sugar and drizzle with chocolate.
Notes
The source does not specify the exact quantity of powdered sugar or chocolate. It also does not specify how to prepare the cream; only its ingredients are provided, so prepare it by mixing the condensed milk with the butter. Do not open the oven too early, so the profiteroles do not collapse.
