Ingredients

  • 350 g pasta
  • 250 g salmon fillet
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian herbs
  • salt (To taste)
  • black pepper (To taste)

Steps

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Place the salmon fillet, feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, and Italian herbs in a baking dish. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  2. 2

Bake the dish at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through.

  3. 3

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions.

  4. 4

Remove the baking dish from the oven. Mix everything together until the feta creates a creamy sauce and the salmon flakes apart.

  5. 5

Add the cooked pasta and baby spinach to the baking dish. Toss until everything is well coated and the spinach is incorporated.

  6. 6

    Serve immediately.

Notes

The source does not specify the pasta type or package cooking time. The spinach is mentioned in the description as being added with the cooked pasta, although the numbered instructions only explicitly mention adding the pasta.
